Bladewave uygulamasını indirerek veya kullanarak aşağıdaki koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
1. Lisans
Uygulama size kişisel, devredilemez ve münhasır olmayan bir kullanım lisansıyla sunulur. Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, tersine mühendislik yapamaz veya ticari amaçla dağıtamazsınız.
2. Uygulama içi satın almalar
Uygulamada isteğe bağlı coin paketleri ve "Reklamları Kaldır" satın alması bulunur. Tüm satın almalar Apple App Store üzerinden işlenir ve Apple'ın iade/iptal politikalarına tabidir. Coinler yalnızca uygulama içinde geçerlidir, gerçek para değeri yoktur ve iade edilemez/devredilemez.
3. Reklamlar
Uygulamanın ücretsiz sürümü reklam içerir. Reklam içerikleri üçüncü taraf sağlayıcılar (Google AdMob) tarafından sunulur; içeriklerinden sağlayıcılar sorumludur.
4. Sorumluluk reddi
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı garanti edilmez. Uygulamanın kullanımından doğabilecek veri kaybı dahil hiçbir dolaylı zarardan geliştirici sorumlu tutulamaz.

1. License
The App is licensed to you on a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive basis. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or commercially distribute the App.
2. In-app purchases
Optional coin packs and a "Remove Ads" purchase are available. All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policies. Coins have no real-world value and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Advertising
The free version of the App contains ads served by third-party providers (Google AdMob), who are responsible for their content.
4. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. The developer is not liable for indirect damages, including data loss.
5. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is always published on this page.
